More Like Sasha BORING Cohen, right, guys?

That is Mel Gibson in the first panel, if you can't tell.
I hate Borat, I hate Ali G, and I hate Sacha Baron Cohen. I really wanted to like him, because I like to like what everyone else says is cool, but I just couldn't force it. I didn't see his movie, but I might someday, like when it reruns in 4 years on TNT. I expect to not like it for the same reasons that I didn't like "Over the Hedge." I can't stand when people laugh and mock exactly what they are and what they do. No, I'm not talking about Seinfeldian humor that points out hilarious things we do without noticing the humor within. I'm talking about people who cried during the movie "An Inconvenient Truth," then sped off in their Hummers with air-conditioning on full blast.
I realize that Mr. Cohen is using a form of "satire," which I fully support, but why does the same society lambast "South Park" for being politically incorrect? Ooh, and you know who else is politically incorrect? Carlos Mencia. And does Time magazine tell everyone how funny he is? I don't think so.
ONE OR THE OTHER, MEDIA. YOU CAN'T LOVE BOTH!
